Financial Analyst - cost modelling (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 418 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
