Financial Analyst - cost modelling (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Ember Markets serves neighbourhoods around St. Louis with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
