Financial Analyst - cost modelling (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Summit Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around St. Louis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Model the cost of meter reading and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
