Financial Analyst - cost modelling (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
