Financial Analyst - cost modelling (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Vista Financial serves customers across St. Louis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
