Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Union Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Spokane, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 492 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification.
