Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification.
