Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Keystone Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Spokane, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
