Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Spokane. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 649 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
