Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Glen Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Spokane, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of outage response and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
