Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Spokane, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 681 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification.
