Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Wilder Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Seattle, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification.
