Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Jose, CA)

Amberfield Junction Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meal programmes.
