Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Corner Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
