Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
