Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
