Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Antonio. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
