Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Umber Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
