Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Linden Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 486 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of budget submissions and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
