Financial Analyst - cost modelling (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Group makes precision components in San Antonio. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
