Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Salt Lake City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
