Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Sacramento caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
