Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Sacramento, CA)

Redstone Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Sacramento, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
