Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Wilder Manufacturing Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
