Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
