Financial Analyst - cost modelling (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Quarry Legal Group is a law firm in Richmond serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
