Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova Oak Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
