Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets Partners is a Houston retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
