Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Civic Services supports public agencies in Albuquerque with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
