Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Northwind Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Milwaukee with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
