Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
