Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boise, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
