Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Lumen Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Jacksonville with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
