Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cedar Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
