Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Legal Group is a law firm in Providence serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
