Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Amberfield Cross Telecom Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Model the cost of outage reports and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
