Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Pittsburgh serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
