Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Amberfield Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Savannah plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
