Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Richmond caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
