Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Maple Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
