Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Foxglove Summit Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on cost modelling for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
