Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
