Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova Bright Manufacturing makes precision components in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 256 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
