Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Nova Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 529 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
