Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vista Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
