Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would join a large organisation of about 204 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
