Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Foxglove Bright Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Salt Lake City and nearby communities, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
