Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
