Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Columbus, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our cost modelling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
