Financial Analyst - cost modelling (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pike Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be cost modelling. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
